What is the PE and Sports Premium?

​

The PE and Sports Premium was created by the government when they announced that they were to provide additional funding of £150 million per annum to improve provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools in England - The Primary PE & Sport Premium.

Purpose of Funding

 

• To ensure high achievement in PE

• To raise the quality of teaching and learning in PE

• To enhance lunchtime and After School PE provision
